The black and white definitely sets the tone for the whole cover, and it adds a lot for the whole effect.

Although the text would be covering the image partly, maybe she could have put all of the text on the left side where she is sitting, so that at least you could still see the piano.

I picked this magazine because I myself play an instrument, and I can relate to this magazine.
